Cancellations

Cancelling or Amending Your Order

Our products are made to order, specifically for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Returns

1. Returns for Damaged or Quality Issues

Our commitment: We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If your product has a visible quality issue or a print error, we will offer a refund.

1.1. How to submit a request

Email us at beamng-rcc-shop@support.fourthwall.com with:

  • A photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the product.The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
  • Your order number

Once we verify and accept the issue, we will be in touch to arrange a return or a refund.

1.2. Refund Processing Times (if your refund request is accepted):

  • PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
  • Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. Returns for EU Customers

2.1. Eligibility for returns

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order for us to issue a full refund. All original tags and labels should be attached. If you return a product in an unsuitable condition (e.g., worn or damaged), we may not be able to offer you a full refund.

Non-returnable products include:

  • Personalized goods (e.g., custom prints).
  • Unsealed hygiene products.

  • Perishable products.

2.2. How to return a Product

  1. Within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product, you must:

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

2.3. Refund Details

  • Refunds will include the cost of the product(s) and the standard shipping fee (if applicable).
  • If you selected an expedited delivery option, only the equivalent standard shipping cost will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return.

2.4. Proof of Return

As returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of return. Products valued over €75 should be insured for added protection. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product:

  1. Return the original product for a refund (if eligible).

  2. Place a new order for the desired product.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

International Orders

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
